Unflavoured textured high protein dried soya mince that has so many uses and is great value for money. Ideal for bolognese, casseroles, pies and stews. For best results, pre-soak in hot water or vegetable stock to allow the mince to expand and soften, then add to your favourite recipe. Alternatively add water/stock, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
