Organic to the Root – Organic Arborio Risotto Rice. This rice has short, thick grains and a hard central core. It absorbs at least twice its volume of liquid and becomes creamy and tender during cooking, although still retaining a little ‘bite’. Most famously used for risottos with a variety of flavourings from dried mushrooms or other vegetables.
